Mr. Ernest Jeffery Lambert, Jr. was born July 16, 1977, son of Marjorie E. Gillard and Ernest J. Lambert, Sr., in Indianapolis, Indiana. For those that knew and loved him, he was known as "EJ".
At an early age he accepted Christ as his Savior. He was baptized at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.
EJ received his primary and secondary education in the local area schools. He graduated from Pike High School in 1995, where he was a star athlete. He loved the game of football. He went on to attend Ball State University.
On June 28, 2003, EJ was united in Holy Matrimony to Mica Danielle White.
EJ was currently working as a Branch Manager at Citi Group in Carmel, Indiana. His charisma and charm, complimented by a handsome smile drew people to him. He touched the hearts of everyone he met. He changed the lives of many. He was always willing to help anyone in need and his generosity, kind heart and kindred spirit will never be forgotten.
On March 2, 2010, Mr. Ernest Jeffrey "EJ" Lambert, Jr. departed this earthly life at the age of thirty-two years seven months and seventeen days. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest, Sr. and beloved grandparents, L. B. and Mattie Vera Lambert.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Mica Danielle Lambert; daughters, Sydney Renee Lambert and Kaylee Mariah Lambert; son, Cameron Jeffery Lambert; mother, Marjorie Elaine Gillard; stepfather, Johnny Gillard, Sr., his sisters, Tonia Gillard and Saasha Lambert; brother, Johnny Gillard, Jr.; best friend, "brother" Antwan White and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
